Northeast Ohio Four County Regional Planning and Development Organization
    What is NEFCO?
The Northeast Ohio Four County Regional Planning and Development Organization (NEFCO) is a regional council of governments serving Portage, Stark, Summit, and Wayne Counties. NEFCO coordinates regional environmental and economic development planning. NEFCO is designated by the U.S. Economic Development Administration (EDA) to coordinate economic development planning for the four-county region.

Why is it important to complete the survey?
NEFCO is conducting research to assess the impact of COVID-19 on regional businesses and the challenges they face in the months ahead. Your participation in the survey below is key to assessing the economic impacts of the pandemic and setting regional development priorities. The EDA provides funding to communities and organizations for projects that create jobs and foster economic growth.

Individual responses/e-emails are anonymous and will not be published but will be aggregated and analyzed to understand the extent of the economic damages caused by COVID-19 regionally. By completing this survey and participating in the planning process, you can help set funding priorities for your community.
