    Employee handbooks are likely the single most important element in workplace management and compliance. A handbook is essential to creating and maintaining the organization's culture. It is essential to managing employee behaviors effectively, in setting forth expectations for workplace conduct, and demonstrating compliance with state and federal workplace laws.

    This session will provide attendees with all the tools necessary to either create a dynamic handbook or update & revitalize an existing handbook!
