The Small Business Administration (SBA) has not announced when applications for this program will be open, however, they have stated that a pre-requisite for applying is registration in the System for Award Management or SAM.  All businesses/organizations doing business or receiving grant money from the federal government must be registered in SAM.
 
Registration in SAM is a multi-step process and can take up to two weeks.  We are in the process of putting together a webinar that will help to explain and clarify SAM registration. 
 
In the meantime, please see this information on the Restaurant Relief Fund put together by the National Restaurant Association so that you may see the scope of this legislation.
